"The breakfast was good. They had a very clean pool and hot tub. They had a fire pit outside to sit by the river and enjoy the geese. They had a picnic area and the rooms were clean and had a little kitchen area. "

"The hotel rooms and main areas are clean. The pools have high volume of chlorine. The warming tub/hot tub, had lots of kids. For health and safety reasons it should be 14 and up. Small kids were jumping in under supervised, swimming under water and used the warming tub/hot tub as a pool when you should only to 15 minutes increments. "

"Cons: The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. I thought it may have just been the person we got at check-in. They were usually gathered together and chatting with each other. It was just an odd vibe for the friendly vibe we expected from this hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it was spring break and the temps were too cold after sundown to use the pools. The MOD was rude to the trainee that had gotten a drink wrong. Pros: The game area was pretty nice, The arcade and pinball machines were free, no coins needed, there was a decent selection of board games for both kids and adults. The decor was so pretty, and the rooms were very spacious! Breakfast was always very good and the staff kept everything filled. They were always nice! The other water area options were fun. If you have kids it’s hard to keep an eye on them from any one area since the layout is stepped and the slide is centered. "

"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us. Kinda of happy it wasn’t ready because we got an amazing room, very roomy, clean, with an Amazing view. The staff was super nice, specially Robert. My kids loved the Waterpark and the Escape room. Bottom line we won’t be staying at any other resort but this one in the future."

"The room was very outdated, staff not friendly, was not greeted when we checked in. No restaurant, no room service and breakfast was very poor quality. Will not be staying here."
