"staff at check in were great, our room wasn't ready but they found another that was and let us check in early. We stayed in a 2 room condo. The layout is a bit weird and they have a lot of wasted space in the room with the long hall/closets. But having 2 bathrooms was a very pleasant surprise. The pools/lazy rivers weren't heated and it wasn't that hot so that was disappointing. It was very windy up on the pool decks but the chairs on the lawn were awesome. Great location and the beach here is very nice. Restaurants here looked a little dated. Very convenient location to a lot of good restaurants and things to do. Overall good value for the money."

"Nice clean hotel. Nice pools. Funny policies on debit/credit card. They would not allow my wife (who was with me and had her ID) pay the resort fees of on her card. This led to overly complicated check-in and might prevent us from staying in the future. We have never had this problem with Ocean Reef down the street. Also, someone kept ding dong ditching our door in the middle of the night. Security being more present would have prevented this Overall not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't return to this location "
