All staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom had a drip and the faucet was a bit unusal, but we had a great stay.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our corner room with oceanfront balcony and ocean view balcony. Staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

The room was definitely aged, although they advertised renovated rooms. Balcony door lock was rusted so bad required maintenance to be able to use. Front desk had text me to check on things, when I had a few concerns, they never got back with me. Housekeeping was great, the best we have had since the start of covid, at any hotel/resort.

Ocean and beach access was great. Facilities in dilapidated state and staff were not available or always professional - blaming others rather than taking responsibility or fixing problems such as no heating in hot tubs.

Although the room we were in needed a few updates, the common areas, the path leading to the beach, the dining options were quite good. We enjoyed having pizza and wings (right across the street) was right on time because we arrived late.

A look from our balcony! We enjoyed the balcony access every time we were in our room!

Great location, easy parking, nice spot on the beach. Pool had a lot of clorine and catered to families. Lazy river was underwhelming. But the view and access to the ocean was excellent.

I liked the junior king suite. The suite was nice. But i didn't like that i had to slam my door all the time for it to shut completely. The hallways were outdated including the rug. The breakfast buffet was amazing and affordable and i liked that the beach was right outside the hotel.
