"Very nicely and efficiently renovated property 10-15 minutes walk from popular streets of Gangnam area. Also, there are many interesting and less known but great eateries and little cafes within a block or two.
The owner/staff members were very kind and helpful from the check in to check out. Room was very clean and daily services, including the full cleaning of the room can be arranged as needed. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Gangnam. "

"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road.
Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "

Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. The residential bedroom is spacious, clean and has everything what you need for longer stay like electric stove , refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and The most important washer/dryer machine. Great amenities.
Breakfast buffet is very delicious with a lot of variety of Korean food , eggs, soups, bakery , juices etc.
