"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay...

"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "We had a truly wonderful stay at Nido del Cóndor! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. The breakfast staff also stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. Each morning started with a smile and delicious options, all served with care and attention to detail. We felt very looked after throughout our stay, as though we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service made all the difference. We would absolutely return and recommend Nido del Cóndor to anyone visiting Bariloche."
