"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start.
The setting is charming, with decor that feels truly authentic and thoughtfully done, giving the place a warm and unique character. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so noise travels easily — we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring during the night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable we’ve...

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site.
The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day.
The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral.
We will definitely stay here again."

"It was a great location. The rooms were large as well as the bathroom. The atmosphere is like an old palace and the breakfast was very nice. It was a five minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great pricing and location if arriving by train. Rooftop pool is amazing gem. Room ok. Infrustructure is starting to age bit. Elevators wonky and not always working. Tvs dont have netflix and such. Light in the room are also wonky. AC in one of our rooms was not very good. Otherwise for the money you pay not a bad option."
"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience.
There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
"The entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is to the image of Florence: beautiful and steeped in history. All staff were professional, competent and very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and the all-linen sheets? Dreamy. The breakfast was delicious and suited all tastes. We could not have asked for a better location to explore all that Florence has to offer."
"This hotel is STUNNING! Beautiful interior and exterior design and furnishing. Very close to the train station and buses are easily accessible. The staff are also very professional."
"I loved the hotel decor! And the hotel staff were great! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Super helpful and knowlegeable staff. The room was a bit small but cozy, clean and a very comfy bed. There is minimal area to store/hang clothing. There was a mini safe in the room. The bar fridge included water and cream for coffee/tea which was provided at no additioal charge.
The patio area is quite lovely with a variety of sitting areas, umbrellas and misters.
The restaurant staff was great but the food is very pricey and not fabulous.
This hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmacias.
It was about a $15 EU cab fare from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station to the hotel."
"The time I stayed at this hotel it had a rating of 9.6 out of 10. This score is not good enough for what I experienced. I have traveled the world and I stayed in hotels from no stars to world elite hotels. This is the only hotel that deserves 10 out of 10."
"Outstanding service! I had a travel crisis and needed to figure out how to get an emergency passport. Samuele, at reception went completely above and beyond to help me research the process, print paperwork, and figure out my next steps. Exceptional staff and highly recommended!"
