My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? The grounds are beautiful and the hotel provides many amenities such as a heated pool, water slide, daily socials twice a day, ping pong, public bath. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view from our balcony was beautiful. We will make sure to stay at this hotel every time we are in Okinawa. "
