We booked from Canada on Expedia and got a week for an incredible price including the nutritious and extensive breakfast buffet offering both western and local favorites. The hotel is quiet and offers many services including several pools, workout facilities facilities and an incredible Japanese onsen experience. I used the outdoor pools in a heavy rain, onsen is covered but experiencing the jungle while soaking was an unforgettable and therapeutic experience. Check in staff and all hotel staff are super friendly.
Many good souvenir shops and a convenience store in the hotel lobby. They have incredible evening live shows by the poolside including Okinawan drummers and dancers. Truly a memorable stay! After a week stay we got to know some of the staff and we were sad to say goodbye.
Amazing place. Really can’t fault it! Amazing view and facilities, great staff, decent guests, entertainment as well on some nights. Hope to stay there again.
Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the room and hotel were clean. The food at thr breakfast buffet was delicious. 10 out of 10 experience we will go back again.
Thank you for a great stay! This hotel was luxurious, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, access to the ocean, and great bar and restaurants. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the spa too!
This is a massive hotel with a spacious and comfortable room, albeit on the older side. We stayed in the Ocean Tower, which meant a bit of a walk from the main check-in area. The hotel offers two onsen facilities; the one in the main building includes an outdoor bath, which I thoroughly enjoyed—especially during winter.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options covering both Japanese and Western cuisines. Parking, however, was a bit challenging, likely due to peak season. We had to park in an overflow lot and take a free shuttle bus to the hotel. It was somewhat disappointing to have to pay for parking, particularly given that the hotel is not in a city area and space wasn’t an issue.
Very welcoming staff and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable . Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Staff at all times were very helpful.
Wish Okinawa had a better public transport system to get about if one doesn’t drive but this is no fault of the hotel !

Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the roofed pool and onsen, and rooms are very spacious.
This year is still very hot even though it’s November, so I wish you could adapt and extend the swimming season and allow the use of outdoor pools.
For what it costs, it’s okay. Having a full parking lot every night is a pain, especially when you already have to pay 1500¥ for it. There’s a musty smell to the rooms, previous reviews say this place is old but it’s renovated to an extent.
Forget about using the pools unless you’re with your kids, as a couple there’s no space to enjoy it so we had to go elsewhere on Okinawa.
The breakfast buffet was a miss, cold food that wasn’t very tasty, maybe you get what you pay for here?
The staff have been great, spoke decent English which was super helpful.
Wish I spent more money and stayed elsewhere…
When my child got injured and we were struggling, a female staff member kindly helped us by providing something to cool the injury. During the glass-making experience, she even suggested a way for my child—who couldn’t stand—to still participate. She was genuinely concerned about my child’s condition, and I’m truly grateful for her thoughtfulness and support.

Place is pretty expensive including the restaurants inside, but there are quite a few options of restaurants. Breakfast buffet in the morning is absolutely packed but the line moves at a moderate pace. Our room was not cleaned in the morning even though they said it would be cleaned everyday. But the room itself is really nice and very clean. The hotel itself is beautiful. The music at night for the events are too loud and it gets packed but the view is beautiful and the pool is nice. The lagoon pool was dirty and didn’t look like the picture but the other big pool was really nice.

Staff are wonderful and always want to help you. Most of them spoke enough English that I was able to communicate well. My wife speaks Mandarin Chinese and one staff person even spoke native Mandarin as well which was very helpful.
However, the property needs some work. I think it’s seen better days.
Our duvets were torn and ripped.
The shower didn’t drain properly.
The air conditioning was moderate.
No screens on the sliding door, and lots of bugs coming in so we couldn’t keep the door open to get fresh air.
After swimming in the outdoor pool I got sick, and that’s when I realized there is no chlorine in that pool. I don’t think it’s maintained well and probably full of germs.
The jacuzzis near the indoor pool were lukewarm and one didn’t even work. The indoor pool water was warmer than the jacuzzi water - not a good sign.
The outside of the building needed a power wash ASAP. It was not attractive.
Many of the lounge chairs at the pool were dirty most of the time, so there were very few options to hang out by the pool.
Not a good value, especially since it’s so much work to get to the beach on top of all those issues. We might as well have stayed at the Best Western near the beach.
In summary we would not stay here again.
The pool and basically whole property is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is straight up a hill. We took the bus and then walked to the hotel. Huge mistake. Take a taxi. The hotel is also in a tourist trap area. Food around the hotel is way more expensive than food just 15 minutes down the road. Not near anything for tourists. And the bus is always late. So not great if you arent renting a car and want to get around the island.
