"Our stay was lovely from arrival. We were given a lovely welcome,cool flannels as it was very hot and a welcome drink. Everything was explained very well, I downloaded the app as that was the best way to see what activities there were each day, look at menus from the bars and restaurant and also contact reception or the spa. We were then taken to our room, which was amazing. All rooms have a sea view. The junior suite was beautifully decorated with the bed facing the balcony and the sea.
The rest of our stay was great. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice. The pool area is beautiful as you are surrounded by the sea and you can alternate between swimming in the pool and sea.
I had a spa treatment Dalia who was very friendly and kind and gave a great massage. I felt very looked after by her and her colleague Luminita. I would recommend going to the spa for a treatment.
We dined in the restaurant onsite and it was nice, as you could sit outside and watch the sunset. Although there was a mix up and our main course took a long time, which they apologised for.
All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly and were always there to help. One of the bar staff was very accommodating with my partners request to watch a specific football match on the TV in the lobby bar area.
The bed was turned down each night with a lovely chocolate, lavender and a message/quote which I thought was a lovely touch.
Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back."
