"The hotel was very noisy. The staff were vacuuming at 2 a.m. I complained at checkout and was told they had to look into it. They also charged 2 cards and I paid double for my room. I will not stay here again."

"Very friendly staff, after having a terrible stay at the Great Wolf lodge this will be our new “Lodge” . Perfect for my 6 year old. I could see teens getting bored though. Loved the buffet breakfast and the rooms were nice enough if a bit dated. "

"Comfortable bed. Poor shower lighting. Windows not clean. Main level areas = Hallway floors not clean. Lots of glass requires cleaning. Elevators, too. Liked the hot tub but the pool area was cluttered...hoses laying about in the walking areas making for trip hazard. Fitness room thumbs-up!"

"The continental breakfast was good! Eggs, sausage & Biscuits! Loved the bread, bagel selection. Bed was very comfty, blankets were soft. Did not like the shower pressure but the shower products, Dove brand, were nice . Staff , TJ, was very friendly. "

"Very nice place to stay very friendly staff great view of the river I had upgraded my room to a river view room definitely worth the upgrade and bigger room as well would have been nice to see more hot items for the breakfast but over all the stay was very pleasant "

"Breakfest was all gone by 9 when we told to it would be the best time to get food. The ceiling was peeling and coming down. The hotal was filled with workers that made noise at all hours, and parking was a nightmare."
