Awful. Arrived 45 minutes early and was told no rooms were clean to check in, desk agent was incredibly rude. I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! Other guy apologizes and gets me a room, I haul all my things to the second floor and down to the very last room and theres a housekeeper there who asks me what I’m doing. I show her my key and she just starts complaining about the front desk people and angrily stomps me down the stairs. Had to get yet another room, they gave me an “upgrade” which is a joke because all the rooms are the same. Super dated, bad smelling and not very clean even after housekeeping is done.

The room was clean except for a stain on carpet. The bathroom was clean except there was dust and what appeared to be hair behind the free- standing vanity. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was replenished to keep it fresh. Everything was tasty and the eggs were fluffy. I would suggest requesting a room that is not across from the breakfast buffet area. There were people speaking in normal tones ming their way tuere at 6:30am. We stayed in room 122.

We had to check out early due to feces in our bathroom first room door handle was broke and they moved us to a second room then second room was horrible with feces in the toilet looked as though the toilet wasn’t cleaned in months with mold in the bottom. Bed sheets never changed and when we complained they said all they can do is offer us towels . I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I will never come back to stay here

Staff was wonderful. The room smelled musty when we first walked in and the toilet had a mold ring where the water surface meets the bowl. It’s possible the room wasn’t used in a while but, someone should have just popped in there to make sure it was clean if they were going to rent it out. The rest of the room was clean however. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were….. limp lol they looked fluffy till you laid ur head into them- then they went flat.

Everything was amazing but when I signed up online to book my rooms, all it said in there was pet friendly. It did not ask if I had a pet or how many or what but I was charged $25 a night and they would not take that off since I was not informed at the time That part disappointed me and I would not book online anymore. The manager was rude and short otherwise everything was beautiful. The employees were awesome. The cook was very friendly and amazing and he would go out of your way for you and very sociable. Room was very humid! Could not get the humidity out of room and had a very bad smell. Carpet was wet and very dirty! You could see the dirt that was on bottom of feet when walking into bathroom. Had to request sheets be changed. Was told that they normally don’t do that on short notice requests like this. Staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful.

This review is about hotels.com not the hotel itself as we booked our stay thru hotels.com My Family and I booked a hotel for our yearly trip to Green Bay for Family night. We paid $342+ tax for what was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite. When we got to our room it was a crappy regular room with 2 double beds. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. No other rooms available at our hotel or any hotel near by and all the hotel could offer was a roll out bed free of charge. The hotel itself was outdated and not very clean but the manager did what she could even tho it was not the hotel that screwed up. When we contacted Hotels.com all they could offer us was a $100 credit to our account. My wife told them it was not good enough and demanded a Supervisor. A couple days later they told my us they would give us the $100 credit and reach out to the hotel and refund us the difference of what we paid for versus the room we got. Today they tell my wife they are unable to get us a refund. First off, I am in Customer Service myself and the Customer Service representatives we spoke with aren't even in the US and are only authorized on behalf of Hotels.com to issue a maximum of $100 credit to a hotels.com account. Can't even get a hold of an actual employee or manager of hotels. Com that can handle escalations. We paid good money for something we did NOT receive and will not settle for anything less than what is fair. We have booked over 2 dozen rooms with hotels. Com over the years but never again.
