"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...

"We truly had one of our best travel experiences ever.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with singing and dancing, which immediately made us feel special. The entire staff was incredibly friendly—more like family than hotel staff. The location itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Serengeti.
