"It was close to Incheon Airport, which was convenient. But the room felt dirty and not pleasing. The bathroom especially. Have to pay extra money for basic things like SOAP and toothbrushes. Not expensive, but should come with price of hotel stay. There's a beam in the middle of the room. "

"The two receptionist were very sweet and helpful. The room was a good size, the walls were kinda dirty and the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which i hate! I beleive the cigarette smell eas imbetted in the curtains. Rough time sleeping because of that. The breakfast was from 10 am til midnight and only had ramen (only spicy flavors), coffee soda and ice cream so not a breakfast"

"It would have great but they tolerate people who smoke in their rooms. The smell gets into my room causing my clothes and stuff to smell like cigarettes."

"I stayed at the BrownDot Hotel Songdo from 7th July to 10 July 2025. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The hotel is very good and I got the required help. One suggestion is that the hotel should provide an email address on the website so that one can contact if there is some issue in recaching on the scheduled date. "

"初めての韓国で、BTSジンアンコールの為利用しました。 すぐ近くにバス停（セブンイレブン前）から乗ると仁川文鶴競技場迄行けるようです。近くに沢山の飲食店や、コンビニが多数。 "

"Rooms were pretty bad. Got a first room, toilet wasn't cleaned and there were pee spots on the seat. Changed to another room, smelt like cigaretts and found some cigarette burns from the duvet and mattress. Changed to another room, bed was not clean and I had rashes the next day. Counter lady was nice but thats all. Don't use this place."
