The staff was wonderful and very helpful during check-in, the room was also very nice and clean, the location was right by a bus stop but it was far from the main parts of the city if you're traveling by public transportation.

I stayed at the BrownDot Hotel Songdo from 7th July to 10 July 2025. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The hotel is very good and I got the required help. One suggestion is that the hotel should provide an email address on the website so that one can contact if there is some issue in recaching on the scheduled date.

It was fine because I just needed a decent place to sleep for one night and I’m not really picky. The bed and room were big and I felt safe. But the bathroom smelled like urine and that it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Also the clerk forgot to give me my passport back after checking in and I’m really glad I remembered it before leaving. It’s the kind of place that looks okay at first glance but then if you look closer is a little more rundown and perhaps grimier. But I don’t really need much so it was fine.

Stay and staff were good. Needs window screens to prevent insects coming in. Hand soap needed. Wall sockets need replacing. Instructions for remote. Voltage converter loose fit. Room otherwise good.

It was very hard to communicate with the older staff since they can’t speak English. Also we always had to request for an extra bath towel (only 1 was given for double sharing). They give hand towel because they say they ran out of bath towels. Very frustrating. We communicate thru google translate.

Clean for the most part, the walls are thin, bed a little hard, not the best lighting. My room was tucked at the end of the hall and I could hear other guests. The bathroom was slightly dirty for my standard. No microwave or steamer for clothes. Decent enough for just a 1 or 2 night stay, especially if you only plan on staying within the nearby area because the hotel is in an inconvenient spot. 20-30 mins by bus from the nearest stations that can get you Seoul. 45-55mins to the nearest stations that get you to Incheon airport. The subway to each location respectively will take about a little over an hour.

호텔이냐 여관이지

가족과함께 방문하게 되었습니다. 호텔... 이름만 호텔이에요. 침대도 너무 불편하고 입실하고나서 그냥 씻고 자려고 누웠는데 침대가 너무 옛날 싸구려 침대라서 그냥 나왔습니다. 밤 12시에 3키로 거리에 있는 송도 센트럴 호텔로 가서 잤습니다.
