Checkin difficult
Even though we got to the address given - we spent two hours trying to checkin - as no clear checkin instructions received prior to day of checkin. Infact we were aggressively sent away by building information staff !!! In the end checkin was via a luggage storage company in the basement and a whatsup application. Tough luck if you do not have an internet connection whilst travelling or a smart phone for the whatsup instruction....

1.空間算大，可以攤開四個29吋行李箱
2.床很好睡
3.有提供廚房用品，但是無法開火那種，基本上還不錯
4.地理位置方便，夜景也不錯
缺點:
1.說是洗衣機的房間，沒有洗衣機，沒有配套措施，也沒有提前告知，要到問起才會跟你講。
只能多花錢，大半夜他們建議的自助洗衣店洗衣服，給的資訊很少，即便好不容易找到，還要研究怎麼洗
（說是有洗衣機，所以不更換毛巾，結果沒有提供洗衣機，毛巾也是沒換）
2.入住前問了需求，但是也只是問問，要求要每天收垃圾和第三天打掃房間，都沒做到，簡單來講，很敷衍

ホコリが目に付いた。
冷房が無いと書いてあった評価を見かけたので不安でしたが、ウォーターファン？があり、涼しく、真夏ですが大丈夫でしたよ。
部屋が高層階だったためか、ウォーターファン入れなくても割と涼しかった。
立地がとてもよく、買い物もすぐ行ける！
ご飯屋さんも沢山あるし、次からもココがいいなぁ。
洗濯機はとっても時間がかかって、1時間以上だったかな。
そして干すとこがクローゼットしかない。
工夫して干して、大きなサーキュレーターで風を送り乾かしました。
写真に写ってるようなコーヒーメーカー等はありませんでした。

Large space & excellent location!
The room was very nice and spacious! It was a lot more centrally located than I expected. The room overlooked the Hongdae street which is amazing and it is so easy to get around because our train station was right there. The room comes with a washing machine too! The problem with the washing machine is that it only washes and not dries. They do provide a drying rack that you can use though which is good. Another thing I wish the room could improve on is the bathroom. Our bathroom toilet had a broken toilet paper holder. Our shower door did not slide very nicely. It might just be our room though. Other than that, I would consider staying here again and I would recommend the place since the room is spacious and centrally located.

관리소홀한 숙소
숙소는 교통이 편리하고 시설 전반 잘 갖춰졌으나 관리상태가 그다지 좋지 않았음 앉자마자 부서지며 팔꿈치등 찰과상을 남긴 식탁의자 냉장고의 손잡이 부분의 찰랑찰랑한 물 싱크대의 청결상태등 부실한 관리로 상당히 기분 상했음 1시간 이상 지나서야 구급상자를 들고 나타난점도 그렇고

旅行前日にオーナーさんからLINEが届きホテルの部屋番・キー暗証番号を教えて頂けます。また、ホテルまでの案内経路を写真付きでLINE頂けたので迷わず到着しました^ ^！
弘大入口駅９番出口からすぐのホテルで、駅からエレベーターでホテルの部屋まで上がれるのがとても便利！金浦空港から空港鉄道で14分で到着します！
フロントがないため、事前に教えて頂いた部屋へ直接行きます。１時間早くチェックインできました^ ^
トリプルルームでダブルベッドが３つありましたがスーツケースを３つ広げれるスペースがありました！
ホテルはトイレ風呂がセパレートでキッチンと洗濯機は 無料で利用できるので便利でした！
高層階からのシティービューで弘大を見渡せてお店や路上ライブの状況を確認するのに良かったです^ ^
１階にはコンビニが２店舗、薬局、飲食店２店舗が入っており大変便利です！
タオル(大・小)は６枚ほど置いてあります。
シャンプー等もお風呂に置いてあります。
※歯ブラシは置いていません
困った事は、宿泊中(３泊４日)ルームクリーニングがなく、深夜にブレーカーが3回落ち大変困りました。。オーナーにLINEするとスタッフの方がすぐ来てくださり迅速な対応をして頂けました。
立地などが大変良かったので弘大に泊まる時は検討したいです^ ^

我們第一次到韓國旅行。很高興能找到這個地方住宿。我們由 19/3 - 22/3
首先地方非常方便 超近車站。
第二 ，地方超，超超級大 ，超大個window
第三， 一直在網上見到別人說11:00p.m 會無熱水，但這應該是已經改善了 ，因為我試過 11:00還是很舒服地洗白白 。
最後就是，他們的服務超級一流，他們會加我們入郡組，有什麼疑問都可以跟他們聯繫 ，還是用中文呢！
而且他們還幫我們叫外賣，非常親切！

Great location. Spacious room. It was nice to have a good heater during the winter time. The noise from the street didn't bother us.
One minor complain is we needed to shower before 10PM as the building would stop providing hot water.
Other than that, everything was great. We would consider staying here again in our next visit.

My friends and I stayed in Willow House for 3nights in January, the apartment was clean, and it’s nice to provide heaters for the guest under the freezing cool weather. However, we had a nightmare in the bathing time. We had experienced the disatrous shower time- Bathing without hot/warm water. I contacted the host, and she suggested us to go back to apartment before 11pm since the boiling system was controlled by the building management. It was cruel to shower with cold water in -12’C.

拉致が、抜群に良い。
部屋が広く、ベッド間隔も広め。
シャワーとトイレが別。
キッチン 洗濯機 物干がある。
良い点ばかり。
フロントがない点は、チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きが不要なので、楽ではあるが、荷物を預けるところがないということ。
駅からの直通で行けるエレベーターの所に
荷物保管場所があるので、それを利用したり、弘大トラベルセンター、空港間の荷物配達を利用するのも良いかと思います。

Very noisy even at 10'/F, heater was not working properly, wifi egg not charged on arrival, overall property looks old and toilet area is small, washing machine looks dirty, light at kitchen area was broken, the room does not look the same as on booking site but a lot older

The most convenient room in Hongdae!
Love this flat so much!! Very convenient to everywhere, just few walks from exit no.9. the view is good, everything is very good!
