Beautiful decor and layout in the heart of Coex and Gangnam Korea.

Nice hotel in close proximity to trains and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the spa was lovely

Room was beautiful but smelled like sewer the whole stay. Staff said it was maybe due to the AC unit or from humidity from people wetting the carpet from the in-room onsen. We asked to be moved to another room but they said it was not possible because they were booked. Also, the TV remote didn’t work for the TV. Staff came to the room and told us that you have to stand up and point the remote 8 inches away from the TV for it to work. Yeah…
