I enjoyed all 4 days i stayed at the hotel it was very clean and comfortable i read a review that said the beds are not comfortable because they are firm but i slept like a baby the blankets and pillows were very nice it was also very nice that the front dest employees knew english

Everything was great. Perfect place to spend the night and enjoy dining and surrounding area. Only complaint is the bed is a little hard, but typical for Korea style beds.

Hotel was great and its location is great. The only problem is that rooms do not have any safe. Usually this is not a problem, but I suspect that cleaning staff found and 'borrowed' my cash.

It's very close to the subway, and there are many restaurants nearby that are open until late at night. There was a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it was a very comfortable hotel.

Smooth check-in and check-out saved some time. Excellent location within less than 5 minutes from subway station (Balsan station 3 stops from Gimpo Airport). Power outlet was "SE type" requires an adaptor and can not use "A type (used in Japan).

I stay here for over 8 days with my mom and grandma and it was the best also very affordable, rooms had it own mini refrigerator,microwave,washer & a stove. Staff was excellent also speak English can’t complain also restaurants and bus/subway is 2 minutes walk long distance, it a 10 out of 10. Totally recommend

The hotel was fine for the price that we paid (a little less than $100 per night, after taxes and fees). Like others have said, the room was very small - it is a very tight fit when walking around the beds. The area near the hotel (Balsan Metro Station) was interesting - there seems to be a lot of office buildings, so there are a lot of restaurants specializing in after-work dinners. In other words, lots of places where you can eat grilled pork and beef with alcohol. But other than that, not really much to see nearby.

Nice Hotel, 45 mins from many major attractions

The hotel is located on a busy Area. if you love the nightlife and wanted to spend time eating or drinking after a long travel to the city, this is the perfect spot for you. Intercity Hotel is situated 40-50 mins away from the major attractions in Seoul. It is quite boring to wait this much time in the morning, However, coming home after a lot of walking, I love the travel home as long as I can find a seat on the subway. It lets me rest for an hour so I can enjoy a relaxing night drinking beer or eating food just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just 4 mins walk to the Line 5 subway, and it has access to convenience stores like CU G25 and 7/11.

The accommodation is a bit small which you can't really open your luggage. Moreover, the air-conditioning is kind of broke which the room temperature is kept 28 degree. The surrounding environment is good which have lots of restaurants. Overall, the room is fair.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was brought fresh towels and bottled water daily and the staff was nice. I loved that my room had a washer and stove, and a water boiler so I could make instant coffee, ramen or tea. If you like soft beds, reconsider this hotel. The mattress was VERY firm, but I was okay with this because it ended up being better for my back. The cons were that the room would hold all of the humidity from the shower, even with the fan on and window open. Other than that, I slept well and loved my room. Next time I'm in Korea, I'll be coming back here. Thank you Intercity Seoul Hotel!
