It was perfect for our one-night stay: very convenient location, very helpful staff at the reception. Rooms were a bit tiny but the view on Insadong market and the Namsan tower were fabulous!

The room was very tight with 3 single beds for only for two people without a sitting chair and the shower is very narrow. I was told the room has 3 beds at the time making reservation but didn't tell me about the space. Had I know it is extremely narrow room I wouldn't take it. I am now very happy to stay in a better hotel in Korea until April 10. Ibis Ambassy hotel will remain in my heart with bad memory.

The hotel is in a great location - near Ikseondong and Insadong with all of the charming shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Bukchon Hanok village, Jogyesa Temple, and a slightly longer walk to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are small and didn't have great temperature controls, but were otherwise clean and comfortable. I would stay there again for the great location.
