Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean, great location great breakfast buffet. When you step outside of the hotel, there's restaurants and convenient stores and shopping which makes it very convenient for tourist. Only thing is the rooms are small. We had 3 beds and no space for luggages besides that it's a great place to stay.

Great hotel, really comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of lots of things to see and do which is very nice. We only stayed for the last few days of our trip so we didn’t stay long but it was a enjoyable and relaxing stay to end our trip.

I found this hotel to be in an excellent location. As a solo traveler I had easy access to tons of shops - definitely explore the little lanes all around the hotel. They are full of amazing restaurants and shops. The staff were great. Didn’t want for anything! I appreciated they had filtered water available in the room so I didn’t have to buy bottled water. Didn’t have to go too far to catch buses either. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I liked that the hotel had the option to have 3 twin beds. The location could not have been more perfect; it was close to all the major visiting spots. It is right across the street from Ikseondong Hanok Village where there is great food options and shopping. Also, the subway entrance was a short walking distance from the hotel. Paris baguette and multiple coffee shops just a few minutes away. Downtown shopping for Insadong was 2 blocks away with street food and vendors. I would highly recommend Ibis Ambassador, Insadong for first timers visiting Korea.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable which is important to us. We had great experience in this location as it is very convenience to access the shops and metro stations. Despite the shower room is a bit small, the overall experiences are wonderful. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is ok because it was recently renovated. Room size is small. There is only 2 washers and dryers for guests to use. You need to pay for them. Bathroom has a smell from either fan or sewer. The hotel’s location is good and it is close to line 3 subway.
