あちこち移動する上で、徒歩や交通機関利用のアクセスが良かったです。Hotelフロントの方の日本語対応も素晴らしかったです。 室内もキレイに整っていましたが、シャワー利用の際、狭いので気をつけて使用していたものの、トイレにまで水浸しになってしまったのが残念でした。

東大門の中心部にあり、移動もしやすく利便性を考えると申し分ありません。ホテルの設備は可もなく不可もなくという感じですが、お値段を考えると設備と備品は揃えられていると思います。冷蔵庫には水が用意されており、翌日にはまた補充されたので助かりました。スタッフさんは日本語がお話できる方だったので安心できました。日本人の方も多く宿泊されていました。14階がロビー、19階と20階がホテルという造り。他の階は店舗、病院などが入っています。そのためエレベーターが到着するまでに時間がかかったり、お客さんの乗り降りが多くて途中何度もエレベーターが停止したするので、私的にはそこが★ひとつマイナスとさせてもらいました。でもお値段と利便性は★5。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

スタッフ様の対応、接客が本当に丁寧、親切でした。 日本語がとても上手で助かりました。 東大門の専門市場が目の前にあると言う、最高、最強な立地、コスパも良くショッピングセンターに入ってるホテルなので昼間のエレベーターは利用者が多いので多少大変ですが、それでも不便なく過ごせました！！ お部屋も綺麗でした！ 丁寧な対応をしてくださりありがとうございました！！

入り口が少しわかりにくかったのと、下水の臭いが気になりましたが、それ以外は快適でした。 フロントの方はチェックインもチェックアウトも日本語出来る方で助かりました。 東大門は夜遅くまでやっているので帰る時の方法をいつも気にしてましたが、今回は時間を気にせず買い物できました。 駅近で出かけるにも便利でした。 また1人渡韓の際は利用したいです。

前回渡韓の際に安くて便利な立地のところを探してこちらにして良かったので、今回もこちらに泊まりました。 東大門歴史文化公園駅から一度DDPに入るとエスカレーターで地上に上がれます。歩いて割とすぐでアクセスが良いです。 周りにコンビニやカフェ、レストランも多くて便利です。アウトレットやショッピングモールも徒歩圏内にあります。 フロントの方も日本語ができる方がいらっしゃいますし、親切です。 部屋は広くはありませんが、掃除が行き届いていたので、ホテルで寝るだけの私には十分快適でした。 一つ気になったことを挙げるとすれば、シャワールームのカーテンが短くて、床に仕切りもないので、シャワー後に洗面所の方まで床が濡れてしまうことくらいです(足拭きマットで拭けばなんとか大丈夫でした)。 それでもこのお部屋でこの立地で、宿泊費が比較的安くてすごく気に入っているので、きっとまた利用させていただくと思います。
