朝食ありと言う事なのに管理人さんは9時になってもいないし、夜も部屋のドアが開かなくなったのに、管理人さんの連絡先や居場所を教えてもらってなく自力で対応するしかなかった。

There was nothing I liked about this property. The pictures in the ad on Expedia showed a different bathroom completely from what was provided. As well upon Landing in Seoul I received an email from the property telling me that they were unable to provide me with my original request of two bedroom each with three bedst. they were only able to provide two bedrooms with 1 having two beds and one having four beds there was no mention that we would be in a basement with shared common areas for sinks

整形目的の中国人が定宿としており 共有スペースに常にいて顔を冷やしながら くつろいでいるため肩身の狭い思いをした。 食材もたくさん買い込んでいるみたいで 冷蔵庫も満杯で飲み物も冷やす事が出来なかった。 そのためオーナーさんがいないと朝どれを 食べたらいいか分からなかった。 コーヒーすら飲めなかった。

犬と猫がいてアットホーム

かわいい犬と猫がいます。私は好きなので良かったですが、嫌いな方やアレルギーのある方は避けた方が良いかと思います。 オーナーは日本語も話せて気さくな方ですが不在の事も多いです。リビングやキッチンもオーナーや長期滞在者の私物が結構置いてあり、本当に一般家庭に泊まらせてもらっているような雰囲気です。 最寄りの彦州駅からは徒歩10分以内ですが、少し上り坂です。宿のすぐ側にコンビニCUがあり便利でした。

金浦空港からのアクセスがいい

今回で２回目です。金浦空港から９号線に乗って一本、彦州駅(７番出口)から歩いて１０分位で着くので便利です。オーナーも日本語が上手で親切です。私はお勧めの美味しいお店や、観光地をよく教えて貰います。

金浦空港からメトロ9号線で1本、最寄駅から徒歩5分の良アクセス。

展示会撮影の貧乏出張で利用。 機材があるのでドミトリーは心配だが、宿泊数が多いため安く抑えたい人におすすめ。 金浦空港から出ているメトロ9号線で1本、駅から徒歩5分という立地で、高級住宅街の中にある環境も良かったです。(coexへも3駅) 日本語が話せるスタッフ(たぶんオーナー)で安心。フライトが遅れ、深夜のチェックインになっても快く対応してくれました。 オーナーも居住する大きな屋敷をゲストハウスにしてるらしく、洗濯もオーナーに預けると洗濯してくれるというすごいシステム(！) シングルルームは、半地下にあり土足厳禁。 ステイした部屋は窓なしで、バスルームの窓からのみ採光できるため、真っ暗の起床で慣れるまで大変でした。 基本的に何も干渉されず、自由に利用できる部屋で、金額を考えると妥当なライン。

とても快適

オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで、美味しい朝食も作って頂きました。 ドミトリーでも二段ベッドではなくシングルベッドなので、とても快適でした。 バスルームもキレイでした。 駅から少し遠い点以外は大満足です。

静か、安い

予約したホステルにチェックインできなかった(誰もおらず連絡つかず)ためチェックイン直前の22時半に予約しましたが、スタッフの方に親切にしていただき夜中に本当に助かりました。部屋は寝るだけという感じでしたが静かで問題ありません。カンナムに用がある時は今回の御礼にまた宿泊したいです。

立地は良い

良い点：地下鉄9号線彦洲駅、2号線駅三駅から徒歩圏内。特に彦洲駅から徒歩5分くらいと近い。近くにCU（コンビニ）あり。オーナーの男性が日本語が堪能。エアコンの効きが良い（寒いくらい）。コンセント（C型）が２口×２個あったので充電等には充分。 悪い点：サイトを見て、バスルーム付きの部屋だと思い、シングルルームを予約した。しかしレビューや他のサイトを見て不安になり問い合わせをしたが返信がなく、案の定、チェックインしたら表示ミス（表示トラブル？）でシングルルームにはバスルームは付いていなかった。宿の予約状況により、4泊のうち後半2泊はバスルーム付きのドミトリーの部屋に（私一人だけの利用でも）変えてくれるとのことだったが、結局その部屋には他の予約が入ったのか？部屋は変えて貰えなかった。また、部屋の布団やシーツ、枕カバー、備え付けの椅子にシミや汚れなどがあり不快だった。部屋に窓がないため空気の入れ替えができず部屋が臭い。（天井に近い壁に開閉出来ない窓はあるので明るさだけは確保できる） 宿泊客は中国人ばかりだったが、深夜1時に部屋にノックしてきて色々言ってくる長期滞在？（整形目的）の中国人女性が本当に不快だった。共用のバストイレは鍵のタイプにのせいで、すぐにインロックするし（私はチェックイン時に注意事項として聞いていたが、他の宿泊客が間違ってすぐにインロックする）、また、３つある共用バスルームが時間帯によって混雑するのはやむを得ないが、自分たちは長く使用するのに、私が使用しているとしつこくドアを叩く人（中国人客）もいたり、マナーも常識もない。滞在客のクォリティの問題かもしれないが、今まで世界各国のゲストハウスに幾度となく宿泊してきたが、ここはトータルで考えても、もう利用しません。

Short Stay

When I got there, the host didn't realize that I had reservations. He seemed confused and flustered for awhile. After waiting for a bit, he finally found a bed for me. The first room I stayed in had a private bathroom, however, the sinks were outside of the bedrooms. The bed was comfy enough. I had to switch rooms the second night. There's not a lot of space in the room to put your things anywhere, especially if you get the middle bed. In the main house, I only found two shared bathrooms. It was very hard to use the bathroom since there were many guests staying. Also, the bathroom upstairs, when you lock the bathroom, you can still open it from the inside. So, when I went to use the bathroom, I thought I "locked" the door, but turned out I unlocked it. Another guest opened the door while I was using the bathroom, which was awkward and very embarrassing for me because she didn't leave after she realized it was occupied. The host is very friendly, but a bit too attentive and sometimes overbearing. There are no trash bins inside the rooms or inside the bathroom, so when I went to throw away my trash, the host would always ask me what I needed or wanted. On my last day, the host did come and say goodbye to me before I had to leave, which was nice. My experience was not that great, but the other guests there seemed to enjoy their time there. If you plan on staying here, I recommend only for a short stay.

3人部屋のドミトリーに宿泊しました。シングルベッドなので、寝心地は良かったです。 でも個人用のライトがないので、夜は他の人が寝ていても部屋の電気を点けなくてはなりません。 私の時はルームメイトがとても良い人だったのと、さほど遅い時間ではなかった（23時前）ので、申し訳なく思いながらも点灯しました。 全体的に清潔さには欠けると思います。特にバスルームが汚かった・・・。 周辺には食べるところがたくさんありますし、治安も良いので立地は良いです。 オーナーも親切でしたが、もう泊まらないと思います（笑）。

日本語が堪能で親切なオーナー！

オーナーさんがとても親切です。日本語がとても堪能で、色々なお話が出来て楽しかったです。 それから、毎朝の手作りサンドウィッチ＆コーヒーもうれしかったです。ごちそう様でした。場所は駅三の住宅街で、駅三駅が最寄りとありますが、新しく9番線に出来た「オンジュ」という駅はさらに近いです。江南駅も徒歩圏ですし、明洞にはバスで一本でいけます。すぐ近くにコンビニもあり便利です。江南エリアに泊まる時には又伺います～。よろしくお願いします。

アットホームなゲストハウス

２回目の宿泊ですが、いつも親切な対応で、ここに泊まることも旅の楽しみです。 アットホームなゲストハウスだと思います。 オンジュ駅もできたので、空港にも行きやすいです。駅の方に行けば食べるところも多いです。

조식은 어디에...

지하철역에서 게스트하우스까지 찾아가기가 그리 쉽지는 않았어요. 골목 골목 돌아돌아 저착했네요. 일인실 묵었는데 옆방에 투숙한 외국인들이 밤새 떠들어 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없었어요. 조식포함이라도 알았는제 아침에 암 것도 준비가 되어 있지 않았어요. 첫 게스트하우스 숙박이였는데 좀 실망스러웠어요.
