Firstly the door on the wardrobe didn't work so we couldnt get to the safe. This was fixed and then we found the safe was not working!! This was picked and removed and replaced by a working safe. None were screwed into the wardrobe. Then the fridge wasnt working so they bought us one that looked like it came from someone's kitchen and therefore meant we lost a plug socket of which there werent many!

A great hotel

A great hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well place in Senggigi. Facilities severely impacted due to covid and exceptionally quiet. A deceiving big hotel with variety of accommodation and eateries when working normally.

全てに満足

1泊は友達の家族とビルディング棟で、残り4泊はひとりでコテージ棟に泊まりました。コテージは以前Graha Senggigi Hotelだった時の棟をそのまま使っていましたが、室内は綺麗にリノベーションされていてビルディング棟の室内と変わりませんし、むしろ広かったです。「デラックスビルディング」の部屋は150000ルピア高くツインベッドですが、ひとりだったらキングサイズベッドの「デラックスコテージ」がいいですね。プールもふたつあり、コテージ棟のプールは古いけど綺麗でした。キャンセル不可のシークレットプライスの時に予約し、半額くらいの料金で宿泊したので、朝食ビュッフェ付きであの条件はコスパ良すぎで最高でした。同じくらいの料金であれば、過去のどのホテルより満足です。

Cold and unwelcoming

Staff were aloof and dis interested. The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The air conditioning didn't work so I was moved and had to re pack everything and drag my bags upstairs myself, no room upgrade offered as compensation. The shower water smelled like sewerage. The toilet had a leak. Loud booming music through the hotel at 7am. A wedding was hosted with a loud microphone in the grounds with complete disregard to the other guests. Totally regret staying here!

Rooms damp and mouldy. Pool very nice.

Hotel facilities - pool and breakfast were very good but we had interconnecting rooms which were in a bad condition with mould and damp and awful smell. Informed hotel and they were very apologetic and gave us free massage (and asked us not to post on trip advisor) but they must know these rooms need a deep clean and renovation. No excuses.

Would stay again!

Aruna is in a very convenient location as there are several good restaurants, shops, tour agencies and beach all within walking distance! Plenty of space, good working wifi and AC. Loved having a pool and gym to use that were well maintained. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly as well. Having an area shuttle available is a nice extra and the driver, Dirman, couldn't be more accommodating. The town of Senggigi itself seemed a bit deserted, but we were there in low season. Overall great stay!

Mukava hotelli keskustan tuntumassa

Aruna sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ihan keskustan tuntumassa jossa on paljon ravintoloita ja hotelleja. Hotelli on iso ja todella siisti. Huoneet olivat isot ja meillä parveke pihalle päin. Voisin kuvitella että parveke tielle päin voisi häiritä herkkää nukkujaa kun ravintoloista kantautuu musiikkia myöhään illalla. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja kattava. Yövyimme 2 yötä ja toisena aamuna valikoima oli hieman erilainen kun edellisenä aamuna. Uima-altaan vesi oli itselleni hieman liian lämmintä. Kuumana päivänä olisi mukava jos voisi viilentyä altaassa. Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Wi-fi oli ajoittain hieman heikko.

فندق ممتاز جدا يصلح للعوائل

من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها مطلة على البحر يفصل بين الفندق والبحر شارع لكن لديهم مقهى على الشاطئ تابع للفندق كما يوجد مكتب لحجوزات الغوص في المقهى زرت الفندق مرتين خلال شهرين سكنت في المرة الأولى خمسة أيام وفي المرة الثانية إحدى عشر يوماً يعيب الفندق أصوات الموسيقى من الخارج فقط ويهدأ في الساعة 12 ليلا تقريبا

プールサイドの部屋で良かったのですが、 蚊が多くてバルコニーでくつろぐ事は出来ませんでした。 チェックインした日は部屋の中に10匹以上の蚊がいてどうしようもない部屋でした。 家具の建て付けが悪く扉の開け閉めが困難 冷蔵庫の扉は持ち上げないと開かないなど がっかりでした。

Nice hotel

20 mins from Mataram, my overall stay in Aruna is first class. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the place is comfortable and safe. Stayed in the cottage, very ideal for any situation whether you come with family or friends. Will definitely stay here again. Totally value for money.

Nice hotel but stitched up by staff

Nice hotel but requested for boat to gili t and was stitched up the taxi was late and then made us pay more than we was told, the taxi driver stopped off at a shop trying to sell us other not tickets and told us we then had to pay for a horse and cart the rest of the way to the pier. The horses are very badly looked after so I was not happy supporting this service. Very upset the hotel did not arrange a better service considering my love for animals
