"The TV did not work, there were no WiFi and the toilet tank kept running non stop. The morning we were supposed to vacate the premises, they ran after us thinking that we were leaving and not paying the $7 fee, but we were just running errands at around 7 am. Horrible experience for my family. I end up leaving our vehicle outside and taking a cab to prove them that an adult was still with our luggage in the room. That’s just ridiculous. Mind you the room had been paid in full the whole time. "

"Booked this place last minute but it was not the best. We arrived at the place a little after 12am and was expecting to be settled as quickly as possible as we were very tired but that was not the case. "the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, so a hard walk up and down. No windows in the kitchen, lounge or bathroom, so cooking made the whole area very hot. AC in the bedroom was great but the mattress was extremely hard. however the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great for the two night stay we had but I would not want to stay there longer. "

"Location on the map on the website was not correct - according to that map is accomodation in city part “Sacre coeur”, but real location is Ngor. So check the correct address on the website before you go. There was not working phone number to contact the accomodation and ask About right address. We had problem to find IT with taxi, any sign outside. Room was Ok, average, bed and bathroom, not so spacious, relevant to the price. Fridge and kettle included, which was useful. "Staff are the best. They communicated well prior to arrival. They have a taxi at the airport upon arrival. Was smooth and was a very enjoyable stayed. I would definitely stay there again. Very well recommended 😘😘 "

"Very nice hotel. Hotel hospitality exemplified by the man Mansour at the front desk. He was the only English speaking staff member there! I appreciated his service. Room was very comfortable. I tolerated warm water showers. Only downside was the restaurant. The restaurant staff were not very polite nor hospitable. The breakfast display and options leave so much more to be desired-not the greatest. Also those chairs in the lobby were better suited for a balcony not the reception area. All in all a relaxing stay but a higher price would be a tall order for this hotel"
