"From start to finish a perfect stay! We arrived in the morning and thought we couldn’t check in until 3pm but they gave us access to our accommodation on arrival. The same with a late check out which made our holiday! The food was great, beautiful grounds and beach. Bed was comfy and a large balcony and two pool areas it was fabulous! "
"To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call.
The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose).
Also, we made the mistake of booking a massage to relax, the massage itself was okay, but the room and equipment were dirty and the payment was complicated for no reason. The reception lady gave us false information about the payment, and denied it rudely after. Which confused us and the massage lady.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. It was a shame since the local people are nice and most staff were also nice but this made me feel very negatively about the place. "
"Friendly staff. Great amenities. I stayed in a floating room and it was spectacular. Great food. Beautiful clean grounds. There was so much that I loved about my stay I wished that it was longer "
"This hotel is simply superb. It hs all the amenities of a large resort (swimming pools, oceanfront), good food, but it is locally owned and inspired and has very positive character. I travel a lot and would recommend this place very highly."
"Rating is adjusted for price which was very low. AC worked. Mosquito nets over bed were good. Screens had holes and windows didn’t quite close entirely, so definitely had mosquitos as close friends. Great service."
