"This has been the best bed I've slept in for a hotel. It's cushioned instead of overly firm. The room was situated to where you have space used efficiently. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend if you're wanting to stay around the station and close to shopping."

"父が体調崩し朝食が食べられず部屋になにか持ってきてほしいと言われ朝食会場でお願いしたところ断られました。衛生管理上のこととか。部屋で食べるのに。 朝食も以前に比べて陳腐になっており、価格に合っているのか疑問です。部屋のアメニティもビジネスホテル並。 がっかりしました。他のシティホテルでは朝食時間前にチェックアウトの時にはランチボックス対応等臨機応変にしてくれます。仙台の老舗にしてはかなりお粗末。 東京に帰る際の近くのインターは？との問い合わせにも答えられないフロント？その後お知らせしますとの返事でしたが、チェックアウトまでなにもなし。どんな教育なのか？ 全く残念"
