The property was in a great area close to everything but it is definitely due for upgrades and renovation it has fallen a long way from what you see in the photos. Tubs, toilets need replacing. Staff are nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were amazing and friendly! Kitchen facilities require a little upgrade, but we didn't really need to use it as there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Outside area of villa was great. The inside could use some love but was fine. Staff were very friendly. Cafe Organic across the road is delicious, also Heaven Bar about 200m down the road was good food, great music and venue at sunset.

Large and spacious villa ! Close to key venues. Very clean and pool was attended too daily. As a women traveling alone. I felt very safe and had complete privacy. I had the opportunity to have a massage and facial, which was relaxing and I would highly recommend. Staff were thoughtful, professional and attended to all my needs. I will return again.

The villa was secluded and the location was good. There is no access to the beach via the property which I would have preferred. The staff were helpful and nice however what this place needs is a good clean and upgrade as some things like the sun beds need had stains and the kitchen furniture was a little shabby etc. the rooms were fine and comfortable though. There is no gym. Breakfast had to be ordered in advanced and was delivered from a local restaurant and to be honest we didn’t really bother as the quality wasn’t good and it wasn’t that hot, but great cafes within 2-3 minutes walk.

The management couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. The property and service staff were excellent. The location was also great, lots of restaurants in the area and shops not to far away. Traffic in this part of Seminyak is also a little lighter which was great. What we didn't like so much was the noise from the nightclub next door. The music could not be heard but the bass was so loud all you could hear was the annoying doff doff noises.

Im more than happy about my stay in the villa. The staff was amazing and allways helpfull. The villa is located perfectly in Semyniak, near all good restaurante massage place and beachclubs. Breakfast served in the villa at the appointment you arrange with the staff. Your pool and garden is cleaned everyday, also at the time you book with the staff. Nice and calm in the villa area. You will get a homie feeling and no one will disturb. Reception is allways open with staff nearby. Will come back for sure.

I would not recommend this property and do not understand how it had high ratings. Our villa was dirty, stains on the furniture (couch and all 3 sun loungers), stains in and around the pool, dirty pool tiles, dirty splashes on the bathroom mirror, yellow stains in the shower and toilet. The check-in experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable, there is no check-in counter like other hotels and villas, just a small dining table in a back room and they took our passports into another room to scan them. We were asked to hand fill out paperwork with a lot of personal details which felt strange compared to many other places I’ve checked into. After being in the room for 5 minutes, we decided we did not want to stay there. We discussed leaving and made a booking to go somewhere else. Upon leaving, one of the men who checked us in was down the end of the path on the phone to the hotel manager who asked to speak with us. It felt as though our conversations were listened to in the villa. The manager on the phone was pressing us with questions and came across as aggressive. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable being honest and said we were moving closer to family. The manager kept pushing for answers. The whole experience here was uncomfortable. We did not get a refund despite Expedia trying twice. I don’t recommend staying here, especially for women who want to feel safe.

Rooms are not clean.. they had done an initial clean before we arrived but after that they just came to refill bathroom supplies. Take your own towels because the towels provided were old, unclean/ unhygienic with holes in them. Pool is not maintained well. Fridge had mould and rust growing on it. The plates and cups had food marks, coffee cups had dried stains. We won’t be returning to this accommodation.
