10年ぶりの一週間の宿泊でした。古さは、感じますが全体的には手入れされていてほとんど支障ありませんでした。朝食も美味しく、ビラの居心地は良かったです。テレビはSONY、エアコンはダイキンで快適でした。残念だったところはキャビネットはカビ臭くて使えなかったところとプライベートプールのメンテナンスのタイミングが運悪くプールの底のゴミ掃除がチェックアウトの前日になってしまいました。清掃をフロントに申し出れば良かったと後悔してます。あと部屋に電子レンジが欲しいです。

Overall the resort was great. I liked the private pool in the villa, how spacious the villa was and the swipe card entry. Even the main pool area was nice! The only thing I was not fond of was the bathroom had a high adjoining wall to the villa next door, therefore you could hear the people in their bathroom. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Aug/Sep 25, location is excellent, just away from the madness but plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Beach is approx 10 min walk away with loads of nice places for food and drinks. The villa's are lovely, well kept & clean. If I was personally being picky, only negative was the bed being 2 singles made into 1 which makes a ledge in the middle. other than that these ticked every single box.

The property itself is very old and in dire need of modernisation. The configuration of the villas makes then quite noisy when neighbours can hear every single word when having a conversation.The bathrooms have an open shower which allows mozzies entry and dripping roof water when it rains ,the toilet is located close by and again any personal sounds are shared with your neighbours.Bar staff poorly trained and reception staff seemed bored..rooms are kept as well as they can be regarding cleaning.Certainly NOT a 4 star property! Would not stay here again. Look else where .. much better value available

This place was an 10/10 and we will be back!! Staff were so friendly and helpful and remembered our names and villa number. This place is stunning and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Walking distance to the beach and in the perfect location for shops, massages, money exchange places, mini supermarkets and more. We had the perfect stay! Only gave a 4 star for amenities as the shower pressure was awful and not ideal at all. Had the plumber come and fix our hot water 4 seperate days but after that no issues besides the water pressure! We will 100% be staying at New Pondok Sara Villas again!

糟糕的體驗

很糟糕的體驗！房間設備很舊，枕頭上還有霉漬，房間內有壁虎跟蚊子，壁虎晚上一直叫，住在這裡的兩個晚上都沒辦法入眠。 浴室地上也有小蟲 熱水器是壞的，第一天忽冷忽熱（非常燙，無法洗澡）第二天早上跟櫃台反應，第二晚完全沒有熱水，只能匆匆洗漱。 浴缸根本沒辦法用啊！連淋浴都沒熱水，怎麼泡澡？浴巾的衛生品質也很差，明顯看到髒污。 泳池也是沒使用，因為泳池的裡面看起來沒有維持清潔（可以看附上的照片） 餐廳的蚊子非常多，蚊香只放一片，沒有再補充。椅墊都發黑色的霉，讓人很不想使用。 早餐也很簡單，選項連咖啡都沒有。第二天早餐根本不想吃，直接去外面吃早餐。 飯店接機服務要300K印尼盾，如果叫grab應該只要150K，不過接機人員服務不錯，一出機場就看到了。 基本上不太享有服務的感覺，因為飯店腹地很小也沒特別公共設施。 千萬不要讓飯店人員幫你叫spa服務，我們點了2個人90分鐘按摩服務，結果遲到了十分鐘才來一個人，另外一個按摩人員遲到了半個小時以上，只好更改成60分鐘。而且按摩人員直接踩在我們房間的床上，我們的臉一直掛在床尾處，非常不舒服。
很簡單的早餐 只有果汁。無咖啡的選擇

The property was a three star at best but the ladies at the front desk were not proactive and only responded to requests. The rooms were tired needing maintenance and of particular concern was the floors that became very slippery when wet. I had a bad fall as a result and raised with Pondok but am not convinced anything will happen. On the flip side the location is pretty good but just tired with lazy staff

We had to push for individual keys for our doors and bathroom doors (as bathrooms was particularly open air ) so we could lock ourselves into our rooms at night. The noises from outside echoed through the rooms . Cats squealing at 5 am not pleasant . Staff was not friendly at all

Our stay was great although villas had renovations being done to them around our villas which at times very noisy. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Outdoor bar staff area was very friendly and our breakfasts beautiful and well presented and cleaning of our villas was excellent. Have booked again for our group of 7.
