In all honesty, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at; When it comes to peace, quiet, calmness and comfort. It has this soft, dark-ish style with low lights. The spa was excellent, and the dinner was amazing. The price you pay for the quality of the food is very, very good. The breakfast was also outstanding. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel, and we recommend it 100%.

Overall a beautiful new modern property with a fantastic spa. Checkin was terribly slow. They ask 45 euros for a dog but you are limited to your room. They are not pet friendly at all. Come without your pet.

Foi uma estadia excelente, o quarto era espaçoso e muito bonito. A limpeza era 5 estrelas. O pequeno almoço muito bom e muito variado. Os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O único senão neste hotel é mesmo o estacionamento, para um hotel de 4 estrelas como este deveria ter estacionado privativo para todos os carros e não só para elétricos. Para além de ser cá fora , era muito escuro de noite, sem luz nenhuma, o que causa algum desconforto.

A estadia no geral correu muito bem! Quartos espacosos e com muito Boa Vista! Piscina interior e sauna com uma vista maravilhosa tambem! Viajamos em familia, e o hotel não tem espacos pensados para Crianças, mas conseguimos destrutar da piscina interior no horario permitido para criancas (penso que poderia ser um pouco mais alargado)! A melhorar variedade de opcoes de Comida no Restaurante Bar do Hotel e mesmo do Bar, a comida deixou um pouco a desejar para a regular Que esta o hotel! O Restaurante Tertulia, consideramos Bom, apesar de so termos conseguido fazer Uma refeicao… nas outras estava lotado e depois fechado para o descanso semanal!

Regras e relaxamento no SPA

Eu gostei bastante da estadia. A única coisa que deixou-me descontente foi o meu filho de 12 anos ter horários restrita os de uso do SPA e piscina exterior. O meu filho porta-se muito bem, não perturba nada, nem o relaxamento de ninguém. Aliás estavam adultos na piscina a falar muito alto, e só porque eram adultos ninguém falou com eles. Não entendo o procedimento, as regras são para se cumprir, e isso eu entendo, mas essa regra tem como principal o silêncio para potenciar o relaxamento, e de facto bebés pequenos podem perturbar. Crianças depois dos 10 anos já sabem se comportar e obedecer a um adulto responsável. Há adultos a perturbar os outros e ninguém faz nada. E não são as regras que vão resolver essa situação. Tem de ser os funcionários a estarem presentes e pedirem para se retirar quem perturbar o ambiente do SPA

EXCELENTE HOTEL E RESTAURANTE

Hotel novo, funcionários atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Quarto amplo e equipado. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel possui um restaurante maravilhosooo, Tertúlia, com valores justos, excelente carta de vinhos e com um atendimento impecável, principalmente do José. Quando retornar ao DÃO ficarei lá novamente.

De uma forma geral, foi uma estadia muito boa. A piscina exterior tem ligação com a interior e no primeiro dia não estava acessível e a água não estava quente. No entanto, no segundo dia, estava tudo a funcionar normalmente e correu muito bem. Foi bastante agradável. Nota-se alguma inexperiência da parte das funcionárias da receção, mas também é preciso começar por algum lado.

Excelente comemoração do meu 50* aniversário!

Decoração do hotel muito bonita, tudo muito limpo. Água da piscina um pouco fria. Falta de pequenos pormenores, tais como uma garrafa de espumante ou uns chocolates no quarto pelo facto de se tratar de um aniversário. Pequeno-almoço não com muita variedade mas com muita qualidade.

Foi tudo incrível desde o check in ao check out. Super atenciosos durante a estadia. O quarto é incrível e nota-se que é um hotel perfeito para uns dias a dois. O pequeno almoço estava sempre ótimo e a piscina apesar de pequena, como podemos usufruir da interior, não me parece ser um problema.
