"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "The hotel is an apartment with no normal convinces. Very utilitarian and not comfortable. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The pool maybe the highlight but I was not looking forward to a pool vacation. The receptionist was a delight but could not overcome the run down facility. "

room conditions

"shower was slippery, we felt unsafe, the soap and lotion dispensers did not work correctly so we had to take them apart to use the product. i mentioned this to front desk but it was not corrected, perhaps because we had the do not disturb sign on the door other than that we thought the hotel was great and had a wonderful location. the staff was very helpful to us all!"

"Fantastic stay in. This lovely hotel right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor and had a Renovated room with city views - very quiet. Excellent air conditioning - best we’ve had in our whole Europe trip… a walk across the road to the beach was perfect. A very comfortable super king bed and spacious shower and bathroom. Highly recommend and would come back to this. Loved our stay in Nice "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Busby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the man who worked at reception—he was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the little touches, like having umbrellas and beach items available—it made things so much easier. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot croissants every morning, and everything was very clean and well organized. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed there one night before taking our flight from the airport. This is a great choice. You are downtown and two blocks from the beach. Plenty of options for eating. Personal was very friendly. The breakfast is served downstair but plenty of options."
