Beautiful view. Small room but perfect for a couple. Love Villa Azur and would come back. Make sure you are able to walk up and down hill to get to the town and beaches. Staff was friendly and great. Thank you

Andre was an amazing host . We felt like we were in an authentic French /Italian Villa with beautiful views. Andre made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed . He gave us great information and interesting facts. Had a great two nights there .

This villa is home away from home! I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. The rooms come with air conditioning as well. The hotel manager, Andrea, is very nice and sweet and super helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk to Monaco. This villa was so peaceful and cozy. I recommend anybody to rent this villa as it is very affordable and in a perfect location. You won't be disappointed!

Easy walk into Monaco or to local stores. Bit of an uphill trek on the way back, but that’s Monaco. Wonderful room that had everything we needed. Fantastic view of the ocean.

Gorgeous hotel

Cute and quint hotel with absolutely fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We visited off season so hotel offered free drinks and snacks for breakfast which was really nice. Owner is very nice and friendly. Gave us good information about the area. Location is also perfect. Less than 10 minutes to Monaco and Eze. We will definitely go back.

Charming and gracious!

The Villa is the essence of old-world charm. You can step back to a time when everything was simple. Katy and Adriano (hope that is correct) were gracious hosts who made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to assure our stay was problem free. I would not hesitate to return.

Property under renovation. Doorbell not functional, luckily one of the persons doing the renovations came along and opened the door. We were situated on the ground floor which is a few feet from a very busy street so we heard cars and motorcycles passing by all night. They could not give us a better room because of the renovations going on.

Did not clean room once throughout entire four night stay. Wifi did not work at all after trying two networks. No Shampoo or conditioner at all. Only hand soap. Also no food on property and the delivery service they suggested doesn't answer. They claim they are not a hotel then they call themselves a hotel in same sentence. Key does not work on main entrance. Definitely avoid.

Me fue muy mal, le daría una calificación de 5, camas muy duras, sin café, sin agua para tomar, sin amenidades y la distancia que menciona a los lugares turísticos no corresponde. Para ir al toilets bajar 6 escalones y piso resabloso, fácil de caerse, y está en una avenida que no hay ni donde tomar un bus. Y no hay nada para comprar ni agua al Menos en 4 klm a la redonda.

Un bruit permanent

Les photos de l’établissement sont corrects, c’est propre, décoré de manière « sympa », confort globalement satisfaisant malgré quelques retours d’odeurs d’égouts très désagréable ! En revanche, notre nuit fut «compliqué », la route descendante vers Monaco passe 1m derrière le mur du studio 1, celui qu’on occupait ! Une circulation dense et ininterrompue nuit et jour. Les places de stationnement réservés demandent une vigilance maximale pour en sortir car la circulation comme évoqué en amont est dense et ininterrompue. À quasiment €300 la nuit, oui, nous sommes déçu.

Un peu déçu.

Nous avions réservé chambre avec terrasse , pas eu de terrasse . Très bruyant car sur la route principale de Monaco . Pas de box donc pas de tv ni de wifi. Manque lampe de chevet ou de lecture obliger de laisser la lumière générale . Parking très serrer encore heureux que se n’était pas plein, pas de petit dej d’image vu le prix

Correct avec quelques bémols

Studio très correct. Mais mal adapté pour un séjour pro car pas de place de parking réservée, parking plein en été, obligé de se garer plus loin. Attention Pas de petit déjeuner possible sur place en option! Eloigné du centre pour un pro. Obligé de prendre la voiture et se payer les embouteillage pour entrer et sortir de Monaco matin et soir!

En bord de route le logement n est pas isolé bruit incessant des camions et bruit la nuit de karaoke avoisinant La moindre des choses est de mettre des portes acoustiques isoler les murs et les fenêtres !!! Pire nuit en hôtel depuis 18 ans que je travaille en déplacement

Personal sehr zuvorkommend

Nettes kleines Apartment (zwei Personen) - Einrichtung eher simpel, erfüllt allerdings seinen Zweck. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben einige sehenswerte Tipps von dem überaus netten Herren von dem Check-in erhalten. Das Hotel liegt lediglich einen Katzensprung mit dem Auto von Monaco entfernt.

Lage perfekt, aber leider ziemlich ungepflegt

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Monaco ist perfekt, die kostenlosen Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück ein echter Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer und das Gebäude an sich sind allerdings ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Es wirkt alles sehr lieblos und etwas verwahrlost. Jacuzzi ist für 50€/Tag zu mieten (?), von so einem Mietpreis steht allerdings nichts in der Hotelbeschreibung. Insgesamt muss man aber fairerweise sagen, dass der Zimmerpreis für diese Lage absolut ok ist.

A hidden gem

Such an amazing stay at Villa Azur. you can walk to the beach - although it's a very serious uphill hike on the way back, it's worth it! Room was basic but super clean and nice. Little kitchenette as well. Gorgeous little garden for relaxing and taking a coffee or tea in the afternoon.

The most charming bed and breakfast

I booked a room at this place for the Grand Prix. This was a very reasonably priced accommodation with excellent service. It is more of a bed and breakfast set up, not a hotel… but it had gorgeous ocean views from my room and a cute little garden courtyard with breakfast everyday. The gentleman running the place was so helpful and kind. He would help me call cars and always answers my calls for any questions. Overall a great stay! Cute, charming and very convenient location for the price
