- 5 min to walk to the shopping mall (Rewe and to-go restaurant)
- Free parking (property information describes 5 euro, but wasn't charged)
- 5 euro Pet fee per night, per pet
- multiple outlets
Cons:
- No refrigerator
- Breakfast is not so amazing
- A bit small for 3 people staying

- No public restroom
