"Clean room, very comfortable and a decent size for a European city hotel. Wonderful, delicious breakfast and perfect location for walking around city. Parking is around the block in a paid garage for 16 E per night, so that kind of stinks if you have a car. Also, hotel ac units shut off in September and it was very warm and stuffy in the room since it was 22c / 75f degrees & opening the windows was very noisy and bugs were still flying in."

"The Hotel Central is a great hotel conveniently located in the Old Town. It has a lovely little lobby with comfortable seating. The rooms are compact but efficient, containing everything we needed—-towels, space for unpacking, comfortable beds. The room was immaculate. While not air-conditioned, the room contained a tower fan that helped keep us cool (in October). An added benefit was the Cafe Central, housed in the Hotel Central. Free breakfast was included with the room, and the buffet was hearty and plentiful. The breads were wonderful!! The Cafe was open all day—-in the afternoon we made sure to have a coffee/tea and their famous apple strudel!! It was so worth it!! The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner and other local sights. We were able to leave our luggage before we caught the train. I would highly recommend the Hotel Central, and I’m looking forward to our next visit!"

"Friendly, helpful receptionist. 10 min walk to Innsbruck Old Town. Plentiful buffet breakfast, very busy 9-10am. Car park was full when we arrived at 6pm but as it was Saturday we were lucky to find free street parking in a blue bay 13 min walk. Double bedroom was basic and had small seating area. It was quiet at night but the bed was uncomfortable and mattress unsupportive. The shower was ok but the tray required a big step up."
