The staff was lovely, the room was immaculate, and the view from the balcony was worth every penny. It’s also in the heart of old town and easily walkable to all the sights and public transit stops. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

At the reception we were lied that we would have a room with a view. Instead we got a room facing a solid wall 5 ft (1.5 m) away from the window, no daylight at all. The room is big, but very inconvenient. A double room has one chair. My request to put an extra chair was denied. There are no normal stands by the bed, the stands are about 10'x10' or some 15cm X 15 cm, with no drawers. The bathroom is huge, but you can hang there only one towel or the second towel partly on top of it. No night light. The hotel is mismanaged, except for cleaners - those are doing a good job.
