"Clean beautiful hotel "

"Check in process was easy, had to switch rooms, that process was easy as well. They were able to check me into the next room ahead of check in time. The woman in charge of the dining room was so polite and kind. Same was not true of the reception women. One was not great with her customer service. She seemed annoyed at everything. However, when I checked in and went into my room, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, except a table tent stating that you have to go to the front desk to request items. Coffee maker was not available until our second morning and a toaster was not available until our third morning there, that was somewhat disappointing. There was also no dishwashing soap to either do dishes by hand or in the dishwasher....
