"Beyond our wildest dreams. Everybody was superfriendly; the location is just gorgeous; you can have a fabulous breakfast 24h a day; the restaurant is top-notch. Only issue: you cannot really walk out; you will need a ride (for free until 5pm). But once you are in, you will not really feel like leaving..."

"Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. "We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!!
