"We stayed there more than 2 weeks amd loved it so much. The place is so quiet and relaxing and perfect for family with kids. The whole vibes of the villa is very balinese. "Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"Bisma Eight Ubud is truly a wonderful experience. The design is beautiful, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and natural elements that fit seamlessly into the Ubud setting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuine. The team makes you feel welcome without being overbearing. The pool and surrounding views create a peaceful atmosphere that feels private and elevated. The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return."

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "

"We had the worse experience of any kind . The hotel isn’t luxury . Everything outdated and the service was appalling . We stayed one hour in the property and instantly checked out as it was so bad . We couldn’t see ourselves staying for five nights in a dirty environment and the staff that couldn’t be bothered and everything was an effort . We wrote to the general manager and the hotel office and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or even a reply . We even asked for a manager when we were there and they said there were none . An appalling experience all along "

"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "
