"The cleaning staff were friendly and overall we liked the atmosphere of the place with the pool. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work most of the time. Not ideal for working nomads. The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. "Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay. We look forward to coming back soon "

"We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
