2/10 Terrible

"This hotel needs a bit of renovation. The wait time for the shuttle service felt extremely long, even after I called ahead to inform the hotel that I would be arriving late. The 6 PM shuttle driver was also rude when I asked for information regarding airport guidance. In addition, he ripped the handle off my carry-on bag and did not acknowledge what happened or offer any apology. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing."

10/10 Excellent

"We only stayed for one night before a cruise. Clean, comfortable. Free airport shuttle, and $25/pp to get to the cruise port the following morning. You just need to set it up with the front desk. Included breakfast was great, staff was helpful. We walked to Sharps Roaster and Ale House for dinner and would definitely recommend it."
