Pros.. great building with coffee shop, Italian restaurant and market, 5 minutes from the space needle and waterfront. Bed very comfortable. Great communication from host. Cons.. there’s no AC, no blinds on windows and street lights literally right outside so it’s daylight 24 hours a day. Very noisy with a busy street right outside your window, no screens on windows so no ac and no opening windows, There are many apartments in the same building that are the same money but are interior courtyard with ac and blinds. If someone put a legitimate review for this place I would have gone elsewhere.

If I visit Seattle again, I would stay here again!

Vince was an excellent host, and Kelli was a highly responsible greeter. The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two people. The abundance of great restaurants and cafes nearby was a definite plus, and the location was conveniently close to major tourist attractions. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here again! However, there were a couple of downsides: the living room didn’t have blinds, which made me feel self-conscious about people across the street possibly seeing in when moving around. Additionally, the washing machine was broken, so we couldn’t use it. One suggestion I’d like to make is to provide a vacuum cleaner—it would be a helpful addition.

Property location is conveniently located to many walkable attractions and unit has most of the amenities one would need. Bed is decent. Checkin process is confusing if you've never been there before, checkout process is a bit cumbersome if you have a vehicle since you need to leave the parking tag and remote to get out of the garage inside the unit before you leave. Only one key and fob is provided so coming and going at different times may be a challenge if your party doesn't stay together. While recognizing it's an urban environment, outside noise is very noticeable. Cushions on yellow couch are in need of new padding as it is uncomfortable. Communication is good, unit was clean. Overall, I'd consider staying here again or recommending it as long as one understood the negatives.

The apartment was in a great location. It was very spacious and clean. It had everything you needed. The negatives were that the lounge was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was only a double. The bedroom could easily have fitted at least a Queen size.

The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so.

-Nine 1BR apt in great location (Restaurants, bars, shopping, everything downtown is walkable, Inc Pike Mkt). -Super clean with simple but pleasing furniture. -High security with a security guard at front door, garage gate. -One of two negative points is the cumbersome process of paying cleaning fee and deposit thru a third party website after their registration of all info incl pics of Driver’s license. -The other is you need to meet a Greeter at the door in short time window, like old days of ABnB, who let you in to the apt. Their policy of if you miss the window, expect a long delay and wait scared us as we were flying in… Overall, very pleasing place to stay, I’d return since the registration step has already been taken…

My gf and I stayed at Belltown's Flower Moon for a total of 4 nights. The place was spotless and had a very minimalistic vibe to it. We loved the big beautiful open windows with amazing views of the city. It had all the essentials we needed, including a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient. We were in the midst of downtown Seattle and we were able to walk to the monorail which took us to the Space Needle. Other attractions such as the Gum Wall, Chihuly Museum, Pike Place Market were also walking distance. Vince had great communication and was easily accessible for any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Seattle.
