The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, quiet., which is very nice. Breakfast was okay., staff were nice & friendly. A very good place to stay if you’re going to a concert at Chateau Ste Michelle., or you’re visiting friends or family in Kirkland.

Very convenient, clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Parking was excellent. Rooms on freeway side are very noisy. People above me making noise. Huge spider in the bathroom. Bathroom is extremely small.

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was more varied than at other hotels nearby. One Chinese staff member was especially warm and welcoming every day, and housekeeping was prompt. The only drawback was that the windows offered little privacy, so most guests kept their curtains closed.

Helpful that there is an elevator and property is located near restaurants, highway, etc. Staff was very pleasant and there was a good selection at breakfast. The name seems a bit misleading since I didn't see any "suites" in list of room types. The area must be very pricey because you paid as if you were getting a nice hotel room (like a Marriott or Hilton) and got more of a concrete older budget motel.

Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious making our stay comfortable and welcoming. My husband and i were so grateful for the cleaning crew returning a painting before we left. 10/10 would return again.
