"Wonderful! Front desk staff amazing! We even took the public bus based on their recommendation. I hadn’t been on a bus in years! Housekeeping was adequate. I would recommend better supervision over housekeeping. They were not consistent in the room cleaning procedures; Sometimes the towels were not replaced and our room was skipped once. I called the front desk and they responded quickly with sloppy bed making, etc.. All else was wonderful and we will stay there the next time we visit Seattle! They are close to everything and have bikes free of charge."
