The room and stay was great. Sure it's outdated. But thats part of the charm. The restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is so good! Worth the price. Only complaint is no free breakfast? What? Is this standard at hotels now?

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The cafe had a small menu but it was brilliant. And the cafe wait staff -- especially the principal servers at breakfast and at dinner -- were among the best wait staff we have ever encountered.
