"It was a lovely placevwith great local bennifits! Would have lived to have stayed longer but i couldn't "afford" to due to these deposits and suspended fees! I'm still waiting on returns for any of these phantom fees for stays from last month at other hotels! My accounts just kick it back to the seller and only offer for me to cancel the transaction, giving the money over to the hotel!? This assumed risk as aburden to people traveling on a budget is frankly insulting! A restaurant doesn't charge twice for a meal assuming you'd run out on the check! Why do it at hotels!? We're not all rock stars who wreck their hotel rooms! (Sorry to vent here, i just had to cut my stay short due to the suspended fees)"

"beautiful hotel, great vibes. staff was mostly great but i would not give this 5 star service. we got an app at the salt harvest and it was good, and drinks at Firn were great. coffee in the AM was solid, too. would definitely come back! gym is small but was not a priority for us. also, no bathtub. "
