"The hotel was so cool but the room left something to be desired. The pillows went as flat as a sheet of a paper the second you touched them, half of the bathroom sink did not work, the shower was very hard to figure out (you were either freezing to death or getting burned), the ice machine did not work, and a good chunk of the blackout curtains were off the hook which let a lot of light in early in the morning. I brought up my concerns to the front desk but declined having anyone fix them as I did not want strangers in our room and that close to my toddler."

"The hotel is convenient to walking to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Valet parking is expensive, but we parked directly next door in public parking and paid for that. Room was good, we had a "partial oceanview" and we could see a good mix of the beach, parking lot, and city. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Some hair on the floor. Loved the spacious room and walk in shower. bathroom was big. we had 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Continental breakfast was good and we loved how we could see the ocean while eating. Pool area is nice and i love the views. "

"Lovely stay in this historic hotel. They are in the midst of remodeling so there was a little noise but they stopped at a very reasonable hour. The breakfast was delicious and hot. "

"Nice room. Great ocean view. They provided a wheelchair for our entire stay. Bathroom small for 3 people, not much counter space."
