We stayed a few years ago. Appreciated the renovations. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious, property is clean and breakfast had a nice selection. Would recommend and will stay here again when visiting the area.

From the time of check-in, the gal at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Room had a hot tub, and that was amazing too. Breakfast was the normal, however for the season, they had Pumpkin pancake.
I brought my dog with me. To say that the hotel is pet friendly is an understatement. They treated my dog like royalty. There were dog treats at the front desk, they gave him a present (a really nice tug toy) and he was greeted by at least four staff members who petted him. The hotel is immaculate and quiet.
I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Tunkhannock. Beautifully renovated hotel with a very nice breakfast and wonderful staff. By far the best hotel in Tunkhannock.
Great staff and room. Beautiful spot and view. Breakfast was great and the pool was also great after a long day of traveling. We plan on stopping here again on our way back home.
I have stayed in this hotel several times for work travel. The staff have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and spacious. This is a wonderful place to stay and I will be continuing to come back!
We found all of the high ratings on Expedia and other sources about this hotel, and they were absolutely right - topnotch service, friendly front desk, helpful people on the phone, beautiful building and very clean room. Extra things … like a ball for our dog to play with a note explaining the rules for having a dog in your room (very fair) and fresh cookies downstairs … all very worth the drive to get to the hotel. We will be back!
