"Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was the only thing we noticed was not so good."

"Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman First time there, will not go back to that property or any Great Wolf Lodge"

"The hotel is in a great location and was clean. It looked recently updated. However the bed was a little uncomfortable. It also lacked some things that many hotels often have like a hair dryer. Just a minor inconvenience though. Staff were very helpful and friendly, grounds looked neat and tidy. Would stay here again!"

"Property of this hotel was nice, as was the lobby. The hotel was centrally located in a nice area, and the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were very mediocre. The room we were in was very beat up. All around the shower it looked as though someone repaired all around it, but never bothered to paint it to match the rest of the bathroom. The tiles were cracked and broken around the bathtub. Doors looked like they had holes in them and then patched very unprofessionally. Truly the worst Holiday Inn room we have ever stayed in. It was quite disappointing. The room was equivalent to a lower end motel, but we were charged the price of a higher end hotel. Definitely needs some work, and not the standard we have experienced with other Holiday Inns. "

"Was throughly impressed with my stay here! The room was very nice and clean. And the breakfast was extensive and tasted amazing, even when we went during the later hours of breakfast time. Would definitely recommend for a family stay, or even an alone stay. Was definitely worth the money. It took about 2 minutes to check in, and maybe a minute at most to check out."
