"The room was clean and loved the little duck left out for us. Breakfast had a really good choice of foods, and the service was good. All staff were friendly. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of Victoria Street, which is rumoured to be the street which inspired Diagonally in Harry Potter."

"Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests. Room was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable as were pillows and duvets. Nice touch having the leisure facilities although pool could have been slightly hotter. Perfect location for princes street, Christmas markets, George street and st James quarter. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. "

"The apartment was very clean, modern, and cozy. The location is excellent, at the end of the Royal Mile, very close to the Waverley Station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores very close. The breakfast was good. Overall was a great experience, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay there again. "

"The continental breakfast selection was limited and both times I ordered a hot breakfast the eggs were not cooked as requested and toast delivered very burnt (charred)! The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean; well stocked with tea/coffee etc"
