"El servicio muy bueno, el hotel muy bueno, pero el beneficio de VIP ha sido un poco confuso, en principio te dan un copon de 13€ para consumir en comida y bebidas, pero solo lo puedes usar en el desayuno, pero si ya tienes el desayuno pago no te sirve de nada, devolvi sin utulizar el cupon de 13€ de la primera vez, la segunda vez el muchacho del front desk fue amable y no me cobro el parqueo a cambio de no coger un cupon que no iba a utilizar. Muy bueno el hotel, pero el beneficio del VIP no es muy funcional. "

"This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great value compared to hotels in Amsterdam Central! "

"Area is beautiful "

"It was my first time using digital passkey so it was a little confusing but nice way of going in and out. The room was clean and subtle. Bathroom was really nice. We came late night it would have been nice to have free bottled water In the fridges just like the complementary tea/coffee is provided as the places.around the area is closed. Other than that, really nice. I didn’t like the pillow, it was too high, I’m not sure why it was so high and small. The room also has a controllable AC. We left the place and came back at night and our beds were redone and it was really nice. "

"Et rigtig dejligt hotel i highend klassen med god luksus for pengene. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, med live cooking og et godt udvalg af div. Der manglede dog sukkerfri produkter til folk med diabetes, men der var et mindre udvalg glutenfri produkter. Der ud over kan nævnes at der er ca 35. Min. Gang til den gamle bydel og havnen i Hoorn, hvor der findes mange hyggelige værtshuse med rigtig god stemning og mulighde for en øl og en en bid mad Alt i alt et dejligt ophold kan varmt anbefales."
