The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."

I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. "Great breakfast, fun location. Was there for work so I didn’t get to spend much time in the area but would love the chance to be back in summer with evenings to explore."

"Bei der Unterkunft muss man beachten, dass es dort nicht so ist, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Die Gaststätte war zu und nach Auskunft anderer im Ort, wird diese auch schon länger nicht mehr betrieben. Im Gasthof gibt es kein WLAN und auch kein Internet. Ebenso im Ort nicht. "
