Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Schönes Schwimmbad aber die Zimmer sehr hellhörig vor allem Abends mit der Bar wegen des offenen Treppenhauses. Kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer und leider kein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad

Die Unter die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll. Es ist sehr ruhig man hört nichts von den Zimmernachbarn oder von gestern auf dem Flur. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei jedweder Frage. Der Saunabereich ist sehr klein allerdings ist es trotzdem gemütlich und wir waren oft alleine dort der Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder machen.

Schöne Lage, aber viel Potenzial nach oben…

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage in der Natur, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat viel Potenzial nach oben. Angefangen von keinen ordentlichen Matratzen, keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern + Kühlschrank fehlt auch etc. Leider gibt es jeden Abend nur Buffet (zumindest an den 2 Tagen wo wir da waren) und keine Möglichkeit a la carte zu essen, was sehr schade ist und sehr unflexibel. Der Wellness ist schön gemacht, eine Tür nach draußen wäre schön, um die Sonnenliegen im Aussenbereich nutzen zu können.

Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sowohl der Empfang, als auch der Servicekontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es für unseren Hund Leckerlies und Hundetüten. Leider durfte der Hund nicht mit in das Restaurant, so das wir gezwungen waren zum Abendessen nach Großbreitenbach zu fahren.

Zimmer ganz neu renoviert, waren unterm Dach, super Ausblick, Bad mit Fenster, es gab einen Tanzabend und ein kleines Osterfeuer, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal, Schwimmbad, rundum hates uns und unserer Familie sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wider. 👍👍👍

Chambre très sale (j'ai eu l'impression d'une chambre bas de gamme par rapport à la clientèle habituelle.... Peut être le fait d'avoir réservé via l'intermédiaire du site hôtels.com) une bouteille vide sous le lit, le sol mal nettoyé des peluches partout, des cheveux dans mes draps..... Literie hors d'âge ... Une fête jusqu'à 23h30 avec musique à tue-tête ! Hammam HS, aucun jet ne fonctionne dans la piscine , douches piscines HS .... Après information de la réception de ces désagréments aucune réponse ! Seul le personnel etait adorable !

Das Hotel ist sauber, der Wellnessbereich super und auch sehr hübsch. Der Fön im Zimmer war defekt, ein Ersatzgerät konnte man uns leider nicht geben. Das Frühstück war reichlich. Nur leider haben war es beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen alles sehr schweinslastig. Wer Unverträglichkeiten hat, muss sich dort sehr einschränken.
