"The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There is also a gym along with a modern lobby area where one can do a quick checkout. Above everything the reception and the crew members are super helpful especially Julia. "We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well. We called the reception for someone to check but she said no one was around to check and nothing she could do! Thankfully we were here only for a night!"
